Color Tinted Glasses
Summary:
Wouldn't it be cool to take a photograph of a person who is wearing standard eye glasses and change them into color tinted sun glasses? In this Photoshop tutorial, we will learn how to tint eye glasses so that they appear to have color in them.
Step-By-Step Instructions:
1. Open a photograph of eyes that are wearing glasses in Photoshop.
2. Click the "Edit in Quick Mask Mode" toggle button.
3. Select the Brush tool. Begin filling in the interior of the glasses lens. While painting in Quick Mask mode, the paint will appear as a transparent red.
5. When done, click the "Edit in Standard Mode" toggle button. The transparent red becomes a selection.
6. Goto Select > Inverse, so that only the lenses of the glasses are selected.
7. Goto Image > Adjustments > Color Balance. Adjust the sliders to get the color of tint that you want for your glasses.
8. Click OK to close out of Color Balance.
9. Click Ctrl+D to deselect.
10. You should now have your color tinted glasses.
